What is the refund policy?

We provide a full 14-day refund window for all paid tiers. Requests submitted within two weeks of purchase are processed automatically via Stripe, with funds returning to your original payment method in 3–5 business days. No justification required.

Can I switch plans mid-cycle?

Absolutely. Upgrades are prorated immediately, while downgrades take effect at the next billing date. Team licenses allow you to reassign seats instantly from the dashboard without waiting for a renewal cycle.

Why is my alert delayed?

Delays typically stem from publishers pushing silent hotfixes that bypass standard storefront metadata updates. Our polling crawlers run every 12 minutes, but Discord webhook queues can add 4–6 minutes during weekend traffic spikes. Enable the "Instant Fallback" toggle in your notification settings to bypass standard queues.

How do I troubleshoot failed webhook deliveries?

Check that your Discord channel ID remains active and your bot holds "Send Messages" permissions. If you encounter HTTP 429 rate limits, PatchPulse automatically retries payloads using exponential backoff up to 24 hours. You can view delivery logs under Settings > Webhook History.
